They made customized miniatures once, so it must be possible to bring that version again.
You give the miniature to a 'maker', you lose it, and it gets saved for the account.
It would allow only dedicated miniatures, so people would have to either buy Eye of the North o purchase the already dedicated miniatures to other players, thus opening a little market again for the Dedicated miniatures.
And, of curse, the miniatures made by the makers would be customized, and customized miniatures would not be dedicable.
That would be lovely.

I doubled the amount of minis from the 1st two year mini lists because year 3 should get something special, being possibly the last year of gw minis before gw2's release.
