I've tried every setup to get my hero necro in the middle and it just won't happen. It always places him outside and usually on the right and my monk hero on the far left side and I can't get the optimum effect of Heal Area since her area only gets about half of my Nercos minions in the heal.
Please make it so if you put a hero in slot ONE it goes in the MIDDLE or slot 2 goes in the middle and slot 1 on the left and slot 3 on the right. I shouldn't have to make my necro a monk class just to get full advantage of heal area. The only way I can make it work is to bring two monks and I don't really want to do that though I do on occassion cause I need two hero monks. Just make it some kind of "organized" setup that when you place a hero in a slot it goes in the lineup according to it's position in your group bar.
Like:
slot 1 Monk slot 2 Necro slot 3 Rit
That's the way I set them up now and still the necro is ALWAYS in the 3 slot for position when we get on the map on screen. I can move them around all day long and try every combination, but, I can never get that necro in the middle on screen position.
Thanks I know everyone will be glad to sign this one right? :P

I'm guessing that you are referring to the way they group while standing around in an explorable area?

You mean each hero having its panel fixed to a postion, instead of each panel being set to the position each hero occupies?
Yes. It's annoying.
I don't want Talhkora's panel to be always in the same.
I want the panel of the Hero in the slot 1 to be always in the same place.
Anytime I change heroes and show their panels, have to think a while to remember which ne is which, and reorder them again.
Annoying, quite annoying.
Ah, no , wait!
You mean the place the occupy while in formation!
That's another true one, also.
Heroa and hehcnmen put in the same slot should take the same place, and not the same regardless of their place in the party formation panel.

I just give my MM Hero a heal skill or have him use Blood of the Master. Wouldn't that solve the problem you are describing?

You know, you could always just Flag your healer by your necro if you need your healer to maintain your necro's minions that badly...

Why do people always suggest other things I do not wish to do or that just cause undue extra pressing of buttons and keys? It would be very simple just to code an organized position vs 1st slot, 2nd slot and 3rd slot and then I wouldn't have to flag anything now would I?

Or you could give your MM Heal Area?
Anyway I'm guessing this won't be possible.
If it is possible, I don't really care.

In H/H, all the heroes and henches stand around you. Where they stand depends on which way you're facing. They'll never be the center person.
All minions follow their master. Not sure if they surround like H/H does a human. It doesn't matter where your MM gets placed in the group, the minions will go to their master all the same, which means changing where your heroes are is a waste of time.
Also, it sounds like your MM isn't the one carrying the duty of healing the minions. Why?
Put Heal Area/Blood of the Master/Healing Ring on your MM. Done.

Boy are you ignorant Shayne. Heroes do have a set order they STAND in on the screen and there is ALWAYS one in the very MIDDLE in FRONT of ME you dolt. I want the MM standing in the MIDDLE as my Ritualist stands in front of me in the middle. I play PVE not your silly pvp and I want an organized standing position where slot 1 is on the left and slot 2 is in the middle and slot 3 is on the right. I have my MONK do the area healing for a reason you dolt. Obviously you have no PVE experience with playing with just your heroes as I do and the only thing out of whack for my builds is that it separates my monks from the Necro so they only heal half his minions. Monks heal a LOT more than a NECRO does for your information IGMO.

/unsigned. Not much of a point. I play ONLY PvE Red Sonya, and to be completely honest I agree with every person who said that your MM should heal his own minions.
That said however, the feature is pretty unnecessary since you can just flag them where you want individually. You MM will always be a hero so use his flag to manually place him where you want and do the same with the healers.
This isn't really a feature we need in my opinion.
