Item storage problems

I am playing the game of the year edition and can't get my item storage to work. I payed the agent for both money and item storage and have had no problems with money deposits. I have clicked on the chests and have tried various drag and drop attempts. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be appreciated and immediately put to use.

You cant deposit wielded weapons if thats teh problem.

You also can't deposit customized weapons, I think. Not sure though, and I can't check.

You can put customized in I do it with my warriors weapons.

Yea you can put customized weapons in i think its just those special type of weapons. But you can recreate those, its no big deal just type /bonus again...

Aaah right, I got confused with the bonus weapons like the Glacial Blade.

I did some checking and found out it was a mouse problem. A couple of adjustments and my husband had it working great. It should make a difference in all around game performance. Thanks for all the advice.
