Passe armor

Ok i need a little help, I played a monk/mesmer hero (Ser Marble) gone in a Droknar's Forge and made a armor for my monk . So only Ser Marble can use armor. I put armor in a stash like any item. Log out deleted my monk, then i made a monk/mesmer same name Ser Marble,played first part of game. Then when i got to Ascalon city and unlock stash there was my armor but i cant put it on my hero WHY ? Same name, same race, same proffesions so why i cant use that armor ?

It doesnt work as it's not the same character. Many tried it before you. Same goes for customized weapons. Only the character you customized it for can use them.

Armor and customised weapons are customised for that character, that specific character, not any character that happens to have the same name.

Your character would be stored as, for example, Character 00001. Anything customised for them is customised to 00001. You delete that char and make 00002. The character stored as 00002 is unable to wear 00001's armor. This is similar to how if other people friend your old name, then you'll still be on their lists if you delete the character. They don't have Wammo McChargypants friended, but rather Account 00001.
