Hey...
So, we all try to be nice, have correct spelling, have manners, don't insult people, etc. But are there any situations where you completely forget about all that, get angry and rage at people?
I'm calm in most cases, and try to behave nice, but for example if I get blindbot when I'm on melee in RA, it freaks me out...Or hexes necro

Lol okay...you get the picture. So my question is: Is there any situations that can throw you off balance and make you rage, even tho you try to be nice person most of time? I'm sure you don't like many things, but is there anything that just makes you press that CAPS and unleash the fury?

P.S. My situation was just an example you can name any...

in DoA (Mallyx especially) when you have a person in the party who hasn't a f***ing clue as to what's going on.. and you never notice them until the quest's nearly finished.

then there's AB... all the time. lol

Yeah.. I'm pretty much always edgy while playing the game for some reason now, probably because real life stress is getting to me a lot and I don't realize how annoyed I really am, then I could come on guru or in game and be all mad.

Also sometimes people Pm me in game with really annoying messages when I'm not in the mood.. that just throws me off the wall. But hey I try to keep it to a low when I can, it's not fun to be angry.

When a noob in my group is flaming a newbie.

That's when I rage at the noob. I'm a very nice, calm,... guy.. but this is something I absolutely can not stand.

New players (that act normally) are there to help/guide/give usefull information,you don't flame them because they know less of the game than you do while you're making freakin dumb calls and aggro mistakes yourself!! (Yes, I've been pugging yesterday...)

lol only in pve.

when you get that one person in a pug who thinks they know everything. ordering people around.. and generally being a Jerkdick. (for the record thats the main reason i mainly H&H everything now)

in pvp I am one of those noobs who dont know what to do.. so I really just ignore everyone there. Could care less if i make people die... thats what the pvp crowd gets for their elitism, and failure to help out newer players. so Im sure Im one of the people who royally piss off some of you pvpers

Was doing the Undying Water mission, the other player kept way far back and did nothing. I coulld physically kick thoses ppl in the butt. I /resign the mission and watch him die

After that i reenter the mission and was lucky enough to have NPCs as the sec group. Wiped the mission in no time and got master

Blind Bots. Sometimes i get lucky and they forget about me, so i load up and spike them. Other times, just as blind is wearing off...boom, another one. And..those hex anti meelee SOB's.

Oh, and any elitists in RA. Guys that are using a PVX build and then rank you at the end. I actually had a monk tauning me in ra when i was a mesmer, because they had 2 monks. He was casting and cancelling aegis to see if could interrupt it. Lone behold, I did. But still, the monk ranks me...Sigh.

Finding a newb in ToA, acccepting them into the group, helping them with a general build and explaining to them what's going on and then watching them turn into a total douche bag; ordering people about, yelling, pinging the compass etc etc.

I rarely drop the f-bomb in anger, but with these people it gets as common as saying 'hi'. Then of course after cursing them out I have to top it off with an insult to their intelligence which actually goes over their head a lot of the time. If it's really bad I'll get like half the group to rage and leave with me.

Overall I'm a calm person though. No, really I am.

followed by a huge spam wave of this sentence....

in the whole god damn time, those jerks are begging for money, they just could go quick out, kill some monsters, sell loot and would have their damn money >.>

There should be a report option for Begging ....it's one of the most annoying things in mmo's and I don't know, if it's implemented in the game rules of Guild Wars or the EULA..but when not, then there should get a rule implemented, which forbids people to beg for gold or items ingame excessively

People that really get to me are the ones that had demand everyone use wiki builds. They normally know nothing about the area other than that wiki says you can beat it using a certain build, and are convinced that no other build can possibly work. I'm all for making sure your party is setup to be able to complete a mission, but if you don't know the area well enough to judge whether a person's build will work well, let someone else make that call.

Nothing quite like someone trying to tell me that I need an obsi tank and a bonder in FoW, when I've been doing it for 2 years with neither one. It doesn't bother me if the person seems to know what they are doing, but most of the time you can tell they are just preaching the word of wiki. All I seem to find when I decide to pug(which isn't very often these days) are people like this that think 5 minutes on wiki makes them an expert.

Definitely lag for me. I can't stand it when my pc is running smoothly and my internet connection is going like lightning only to be playing GW and looking like i'm on time-lapse Crimewatch video clip.

Also, i hate it when you join a PUG (mistake number one) and you have one person in the group (usually not the leader) who's picking apart everyone's builds when there's almost nothing wrong with them. Like having a go at an ele for taking fireball instead of liquid flame. What's wrong with fireball? Then they show their bar and it's the kind of bar that a newbie would be ashamed to use.

and I hate noobs. they think they know everything, thinking their cool. my legendary survivor died yesterday because my runner was mad I went to the bathroom

That happened to my intended LS in the middle of kilroy exp farm, ironic thing was is as soon as i windowswitched back to GW, it was at 0:00...

ppl don't follow my orders when i'm tanking. (mostly pug in elite area)

before ursan, i can easily put a silence on those who with the idea of "tank are useless" with my time beating elite areas (duncan 18 min nm, slavers 2 hr nm /4 hr hm, foundry+city 1:45 hm, etc) but to do so, i need my group work as a team by following my orders. but some time ppl just like to act on their own.
i even have a caster charging in with me when i'm trying to pull, i was like " stay the fxxk back, u are in elite mission, why still play like a noob?"

There are quite a few things that annoy me... beggars, people that make fun and poke at new players (cause you know they were BORN knowing the ins and outs of GW), and just in general... mean people.

Now what actually drives me nuts is people that go a step beyond and throw racial slurs, sexist remarks ... and just feel that insulting other players is the way to go. I don't go crazy and engage in an argument with them, I just use the report command. (ok, maybe I take a few pokes at them, but sarcasm always works better than insults).

heh that almost happened to me....the runner died so sum1 zoned then he got pissed for no reason.

He ran back out of the town to try again. aggros a grp then walks them into us so I zoned back into town before me and the guy who zoned first time lost our survivors. I preceded to get bored with that title the next day and suicided into a few grps. ^_^

O and people that bug the hell out of me. I just finished vanquishing an area so I am sitting in a town relaxing for a few mins waiting to be ready for next zone. I do this mainly to answer questions for newer players in ascalon.

BUT when I answer a question and the guy precedes to ask the same question 5 more times and never acknowledges I answered him or says thank you even after I answer him 2-3 times. If you are asking a question look to see the answer don't just keep blindly asking the question!!!! I shouldn't have to pm you the answer because that involves me having to change chats so many times JUST PAY ATTENTION!!!!

I get thrown for a loop when baby-mobs take out my heroes. Happened in the Great Northen Wall, normal mode. Melonni and Zhed got taken down by some Charr and Devourers.

When there are bugs which upset me. Vanquishing last night and some grawl ran into a rock and got stuck there. We couldn't hit them, they couldn't get out... no vanquish. I spewed a bunch of obscenity. I apologise, Arenanet.

When you sell something on trade chat, get interest from somebody in noob armor and no titles, only for him to tell you that he believes the item "isn't worth that!"

I had that today and went a bit mental at the guy. He told me to chill. He was selling a crap item worth double my hard earned item! I just know the prices and hate when noobs think they know everything.

Then I told him that he doesn't know the real value of my item and he said my original price back to me!

JUST LOL!
