Brute- Salvage 20/20 then a couple plat, common now
Ivory bow- If insc, ~5k, if not- salvage +30, merch bow
Sephis- 1k/merch if not inscribable, 1-3k if insc

Greater Guardian spears went down a lot, they drop like mad in HoS. I bought a purple req.9 for 2k and a gold req.10 for 5k the other day.

I'd say about 10k-15k for your req.9?
