access player bags from log on screen

I don't know how hard this would be but it sure would be nice if I could log on at the log on screen and switch from characters to inventories. Instead of 15 characters showing I would see 15 inventories. It would be much simpler to trade things back and forth by just moving things from one character to another. This way I would not have to log on and off so much trading stuff back and forth between characters and storage.

Some allowances would have to be made so that only post characters could trade with post characters and the pre with pre characters. Perhaps you could pick pre or post and only those inventories would show up. The others would be blocked off or not highlighted.

This would simplify a lot of things and save a lot of management time. We could be playing and not arranging inventories.

I don't believe this can be done and it is asking a lot as well as if you take something from a post char and give it to a pre char it would be considered an exploit.

I'd strongly prefer if they made it possible to open another character's inventory without logging out. 8 characters on my account are nothing but mules (storage characters), they store everything. Most annoying is having to relog multiple times just to change an armor or weapon set, or finding that one specific item someone WTB's fast.

but yes, /SIGNED, improvements to storage are needed. We now have to pay for character slots to use them for storage but they're far less convenient to use than xunlai chest tabs.

Maybe if anet disables transferring items to pre chars? Ever thought of that? =o

I would say /sign because I have 2 mules and stuff everywhere, but I do not see this coming in the future.

I *very* much doubt *any* improvements will be made to GW tbh. Anet has GW2 on their minds and GW1 is pretty much done. If anything, they might use the suggestions to improve GW1 to improve GW2.

You couldn't do that it is like holding a hand of cards they are interchangeable and you can see all of them.

I belive Anet make the update so you can access your Char w/o logging out for a reason lol. Don't be lazy like that. Really, they made the update so we dont have to log out, type in the ID/PW again in order to access your hero.

How about you ask Anet making a website so you can access your char's inventory ONLINE w/o logging on your account? Oh maybe you can BUY ecto/runes/amour on that website too. Isn't that more convinient? WOW

Although it my not be practical to do.

I have 6 mules across two accounts and it is difficult to keep track of what each mule is carrying. Logging on and off isn't the best solution, especially when logging onto a mule the second time and he loads in somewhere besides the guild hall (it happens on a regular basis, even though I always log off from the guild hall) and then I have to map to the guild hall to do the exchange with my other account. Anything would help ease the frustration.
