Hi, i was wondering if there were any private Guild Wars server like WoW has? I want to try the game out and see whats its like before i buy it. I couldn't find any demo's of the game.

there are no private servers as far as i know.
and you can get a trial code to play the game altho i do not know where you can get such code.. the trial codes that i have all been used already by friends of mine.

WoW has private servers? I though they only had normal and pirate servers.

Lol pirate is just private with the I and R mixed up and an extra v. Weeeeeeeeeee...... I believe a month or two ago there was a thread about a separate "private" server that someone was working on. Whether it was shut down or just abandoned I'm not really sure. Give a few minutes and I'll try finding it again, though no promises.

Yeah i found that also, but didn't find a website or server for it.

It doesn't matter, just install the client and it will connect to the official Guild Wars server... There's only one world.

I downloaded the client from the website, but i need to buy the game to play. I thought it was free, but its just free after you purchase the game. So i would like to try it out first.
