What Insigna and rune on paragon armor?

What kind of insigna and you suggest for para armor? (i',m going Sy (still rank 2:°°) tntf and aggressive refrain (other mixed skills).
At least spear 9 and motivation/command 9 (for shield)
I fix the vigor rune alway on the chest (major for now)
Suggest me as the example

- Head (minor spear + radiant)
- Armor
- Gauntlets
etc etc

A full set of either Centurion's or Survivor's (your choice, both make you hardier).

Spear mastery crest with Minor spear rune.
Best vigor you can afford
Minor Leadership
maaaaybe a minor Command/motivation if you plan to use any Com/Mot skills or want the full armour from your shield.
Fill the rest up with Vitae.

If you find yourself wanting higher Com/mot or spear for whatever reason, Majors are passable on Paragons - we do have stupid high armour and are nigh-on immortal anyways. Generally, I try to have 12 Leadership at all times, with 13/14 Spear and the rest in whatever.

So that para build doesnt need radiant or rune of armony?

No, it doesn't. No paragon build ever need any radiant insignia. Not sure what rune of armony is though

centurion on all pieces(you'll be having shouts on you almost all the time).
i use superior vigor and minor command and spear mastery and a leadership headset (minor leadership) while running SY Paragon.
and yes, vitae for remaining spots.

Ok for now since i'm low level i run with full centurion armor spear headgear+minor spear rune + 1 major vigor + 1 minor rune leadership+1 1 minor rune command +1 vitae rune.

just every rune + survivor
the two vitae runes arent that important in PvE imo

I prefer survivor tbh. An extra 10 armor is nice and all, but +health is helpful in all situations. +Armor isn't useful against armor ignoring damage or health degeneration, and both are quite common in PvE. With the buffs your paragon will be using, +health will be more useful.

Centurion works very well with Aggressive Refrain and Paragons have already high health from spear and shield and minor headgear, not really a superior rune needed. So I would say take Centurions.
