Yes, but you need the core elites too then, but ofcourse, it's core, so cap-able in Elona.

But how do i capture Assassin and Ritualist elites not having Factions ? It's not possible to switch to secondary rit or assassin.

yup, a little bit strange indeed, since if you have Prophecies you are able to achive Tyrian elite skill hunter, and if you have Factions you can get Canthan elite skill hunter but to get Elonian elite skill hunter you need both Nightfall and Factions.
