Looking for GvG Guild (or HA)

I have played around 200-300 Guild Battles, I am fairly competitive and always take PvP battles seriously.

I prefer to monk and play an axe/Eviscerate Warrior, but I do well at paragon too. (Anything else I don't have as much experience with.)

I'm looking for a guild of 10-20 members (or who's working towards that amount) who work on self-improvement and criticize each other without rage and offending each other. What I'm also looking for in this guild is 3-4 nights a week of planned activities (Not always a GvG, but some form of organized Guild Wars.) A guild rank I would be looking to achieve/maintain would be top 1,000 and then improve from there.
