Well the person doing it has been trying to get on and do something on it, maybe steal things or just play. Since we can't change the password at this moment, we have to watch the screen and quickly log back in to prevent anything from happening.
The guy doing it messaged us shortly after asking if he still had money on his monk. Of course since he keeps kicking that account off, we missed getting the screenshot for proof. I talked to the player through that name for a while and he denied it. Yet he goes offline and shortly later, we begin getting kicked as he tries to log on to our account (two of us are lanning so I can monitor the friends list from one as he attacks the other).
My question is, is there a way we can have him banned for this? We know his ingame name. Assuming this, couldn't guildwars do an ip check to verify that yes indeed the account was logged in on at the same location that his account was logged into? Plus the time frame between each log in would be more than enough proof.
Just now I got a screen shot of him saying that he deleted the monk + warrior on the account and that he will do more. We checked and he didn't probably because we keep checking himoff so quickly. I won't list his name since I don't want him to try to mess the account up out of frustration. Can anyone help me out on this situation? He is still trying to log in...
