Monk: full survivor
Necro: minion master with bloodstained if running MM. radiant or survivor otherwise
Ele: usually full survivor
Mesmer: i think i have full survivor on him
Sin: full radiant with one exception that uses full survivor
Rit: full radiant
Dervish: full windwalkers or windwalkers on chest and legs with survivor everywhere else
Paragon: full centurion

Ranger: radiant+minors for normal play, some extra pieces for farming
Mesmer: survivor+alternative minors for PvP/PvE
Paragon: centurion's+minors
patch job for the rest, i.e., putting in whatever was salvaged from loot along the way
