Automated Tournament

on guildwars.com I found a site with all rules for the automated tournament series in 2008 (link)

in my opinion they messed up with 3 things

1) yesterday we participated in a tournament, played 2 rounds (1/1/0) and fortfeited then. according to guildwars.com we should have won 3 reward points (we didn't finish as "winners"). but instead of 3, we all got 20 points...? why?

2) on the timetable, "GMT" seems to be wrong. in center europe (GMT +1) the gvg-tournament on sunday starts at 20pm, which is 1h too early according to the timetable. also gw.gamewikis.org seems to be wrong in this point...

3) the elo ranking system, app B. if one rounds correctly (it is not mentioned that one has not to do so), the absolut value of the ranking point change of winner and looser should sum up to the "K value". f.e. normal ladder game: K=5, looser -2, winner +3. as we found one has to round down (win: floor, f.e. 2.7 --> 2 / lost: ceil, f.e. -3.6 --> -3)... probably this should be mentioned. (we implemented a calculator if you'd like to test it: download)
