WTB Rit. Resto Offhand 20/20

As the title says, im looking for a ritualist restoration Offhand max with 20% HCT and HSR mods for cheap.

Req can be anything under r12 and I dont mind it being inscribable or not (although a lower req would be nice ). Colour doesnt have to be gold either.
