Strange error when trying to create PlayNCaccount through online store

This happens whenever I try to create an NC account for the online store it happens when I've filled everything in correctly and try to create account.

I've not seen this error code before what dose it mean is there anything I can do to fix it?

reset your internet?

I ought to mention that it's NOT my internet It works with everything else and it's not the kind you can reset.

i had this problem earlier i spoke to nc support and they said the problem has been fixed now try again now after i spoke to them i got as far as putting in my card details before i got fraud threat and had to contact them again still waiting for that to be solved though
