Hey guys,
I haven't playing for quite a bit and when I came back, the price of Elemental Sword shocked me. How could something worth 100k+XXE drops to 30-40k that fast? Wasn't the sword suppose to be "un-farmable". What happend to these swords lately?
I'm just very curious about it

Well, people found out an easy way to farm then in NF, bringing the price down quite a bit. Once GWEN came out they started dropping from dungeon chests and such, bringing down the price even more.

And people began to realise that they look like plastic kiddy toys instead of brutal tools of murder. Also EotN provided shinier, newer skins which reduced the demand for ele swords further.

Basically, you can do a raptor run in HM in gwen and they have a decent chance of dropping there, you can do about 1 run per minute (maybe 1 and a half minutes if you're slow) X how many runs you do = elemental sword prices tanked.

Yea funny but two months ago or so i sold a req 13 elemental sword for 100k XD. Bought it for 70k since I heard it was so "eL33T", then look at it once and found i absolutely hated the sword since it didn't animate liek i thought it would... Great caster swords though, since they aren't hardcore blood thirsty killers liek my war.
