I bought EOTN through the online store with my debit card. I don't think most euro cards work but the US cards do.
So yes you can.

No, a Canadian debt card won't work. our cards work on a different system than US cards, so unless ANet starts offering interac online (which is currently supported by RBC, Scotia, TD, and BMO), then no, your debit card won't work. However, a Visa or Mastercard gift card 'should' work
