I'm having problems with the online store and the in-game store. I keep getting the same error messages. I got a Network Error, and a "We are unable to accept your order right now." Anyone having the same problems? I looked through the PlayNC Q and A thing, but I couldn't find anything about this.

To clarify, I am trying to buy keys for a new account using a pre-paid debit gift card, non-Canadian, and non-European.

Maybe if people answered my question, or tried to help, it wouldn't be so bad? Does anyone else have this problem? It says I should try again later, is it just an overflow of people buying the BMP?

Not sure what your problem is, but I will give you a warning. Don't keep repeatedly trying to buy the keys. There's a chance that you could end up getting charged each time.

Well, every time I click Confirm Buy, or w/e, it goes back to the Store page and there is an error message that says:

We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow, or check a retail store.

Ok, I eventually got around it by using this method:

Get a trial key, and create a new account with it. Go to the in-game store, and buy what you want. If you have the same problem as I do, you will get error 1751188, which is this risk management assessment test thing. When you get this, go to the PlayNC Answers section, and it should tell you exactly what to do to get help for this. I hope anyone else who has the same problem can work there way to this, too.

I would sometime get that with one of my credit cards but not my debit. Call your credit card company and make sure that they are allowing the charge to go through.

Actually, PlayNC says it is a known issue. You provide them with some ample information of your debit or credit card, and they allow the transaction to go through. It would be nice if I could find out what the "risk management assessment test" is.
