What elite skills do you see never being nerfed this year, or even possibly until the end of Guild Wars itself?
My list includes:
- Feast of Corruption (Necromancer)
- Cruel Spear (Paragon)
- Sandstorm (Elementalist)
- Quicksand (Ranger)

Anything which is not common and effective in PVP then chances are it's never gonna get nerfed.
If it is common and effective in PVP, chances are almost sure it will be nerfed.
Although once a blue moon they add a small bit of variety to this formula via over-nerfing the crap out of PVE-only skills.
This is incorrect. SS did get nerfed via increased energy cost, official reason given, "It is the most powerful PVE skill in the game".
Ursan has also already been nerfed via making the claws into touch range only.

SS is probably correctly balanced now so it shouldn't get nerfed.

they 'nerfed' pve and 'killed' underworld soloing when they made the 'AI' smart enough to run away or scatter from DoT such as a mob of ss-hexed (anything)
or so they said... a short while after sorrow furnace was released. :/
