So I bought myself a new computer and decided to install my Nightfall game, the problem is that I forgot the command to download the whole stuff that needs to be downloaded. Help!

It'll look like this:

"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -image

make sure it's outside of the quotes

Ok now I'm kinda lost, do I rename the .exe to that?

nothing happens when I put the -image there.

Argh amnesia settling in.

Alright, you got your GW shortcut that's on the desktop. Right click it and go to properties. You'll notice a command line that shows where the .exe file is. Add -image to the end of that.

Also, when you use this, it won't actually launch the game. You can take the switch off when the download is finished.

Ah ok, I was doing it with the .exe file, not the shortcut, that's why I couldn't figure it out.

Now I got it working, thanks a bunch. Hmm 64k files to d/l, I'll play some Witcher meanwhile.
