I would pay some $ for it especially for my character that is collecting 15 k suits of armor

Bleh. No need to pay with real money
If i had to buy new slots, this would be to create a char of each class, and a free slot for a custom pvp char.
No matter how much space you have, you'll always want more. I played Anarchy online, with 200slots in "bank", each containing a bag of 21 slots, and that wasnt enought ! Of course their is much more items on AO... I still dont think that having 20 slots/char would make so much difference. We will just have more items.
I must be really lazy compared to you, gw players, you're so many to use mules, and I cant imagine doing that

Private tabs wouldn't help in improving what really needs to be improved - easy access to storage in gerenal. People already use other characters as mules, even buy many slots just to have more mules, but the tiresome annoying need to log in and log out multiple times between mules just to find that shield remains. I'd much rather see a solution to open other chars inventories through Xunlai Chest without the logging out, without leaving team, without losing contact with a buyer, etc...

but still, /SIGNED as more storage is always better.

Private tab? just give us more storage space.
Good idea though.

/signed - I like this idea.

Though I wouldn't mind just having a few more tabs for 1k each, or a private tab for 500g. It would be a very nice addition.

It is a good idea but i can see the limitations of storage from the network/hard drive space side of things. I would be willing to pay real money like 1 or 2 dollars a storage tab that way anet can offset the cost of the server storage/hard drive costs.

/signed - although i think armor storage would be equally as welcome! Or perhaps a weapons belt rather than a belt pouch that could hold more items, but only weapons? *Shrug*

Great idea. I'd buy more armor if each toon had their own personal storage. My Necro has 3 armor sets and my Ranger, Derv, and Mesmer all have 2 armor sets. I have one whole tab taken by armor sets and some toons carry their spare armor. Also, I have a large collection of weapons on certain toons and need a place to put them thats outside their inventory.

So, I've some storage issues. To play PvP at a decent level, we need many items, shields vs fire, cold, piercing, etc.., 20/20 sets for each attributes, 15-1 sets, etc...
Yea, you do need a lot of weapon sets, and different Energy sets and whatnot, but you don't need them all the time. Seriously, if I'm running my main PvP Mesmer with Energy Surge or something, I have my Dom stuff, but I don't keep all my Illusion Magic/Inspiration Magic/Fast Casting stuff for when I use it. I throw it in the trash, and remake it when I need it.

The only way this would be useful is for... maybe Reward Point items?

This idea like getting one additional storage page for each character slot we have in addition to the current system of one storage page per purchased game. The only difference is that these additional storage blocks can't be shared across your account.

The current design acts as an incentive to get players to buy additional expansions, since each expansion increases your Xunlai chest capacity. I assume that the current lack of storage is partially a function of the cost to Anet to provide the database storage, i.e., disk space.

The problem with this idea is that it requires Anet to spend money, but it actually hurts the current incentive system which encourages players to by expansions to get at that storage.

I like the idea, but there seems too little in it for Anet to bother.

Even it it just took customized (armor and weps) I'd be ecstatic!
Oh to have space again...

How about not an extra storage but a command like /bonus?
Set all the weapon you want and then /weapon. You have all of those save appear in PvP.

What you ask is nothing more than a mere extra storage stuff that everyone else is talking about.

I really like this idea! It would be a big help to the people with characters who have multiple sets of armor. /signed

Nice idea if it can be implemented, certainly it should be part of any future gw/gw2 development.

storage for extra sets of armor and weapons would be most welcome..

storage has been a real issue especially since GW:ENs release..

Don't see it happening but I like the suggestion. Should have been done when GW:EN came out as a way to store all the customized destroyer weapons and 15k armor that I have accumulated since GW:EN release. As it is now I leave one tab in my chest completely empty and move the 15k armor to that tab before I start playing which is time consuming.

It would be great to have a tab for each character's personal use. It's something that could actually be done and it's something that should have been done with the introduction of the concept of the Hall of Monuments.

Sounds like a really good idea, but it only should work for customized stuff, otherwise it would just be extra storage for anything.
