Looking for a mature European guild

Hi,

I've been playing GW's PvE on and off for a long time. I finished all four parts with a necromancer, and I've some other toons who have finished a single part. However, as GW's is primarily a PvP game, I have enjoyed PvP in other games, and I've been told GW's PvP is without comparison, I'd like to try it out.

I have almost no experience in GW's PvP however (except some minimal RA), and while I like to hone my skills I am quite busy upcoming months. This means I'd like to play well and competitively (as I do in other games) ut I can't guarantee much time.

I am primarily looking for a guild that thinks that what I just said is ok. That is, where people enjoy and know how to play but on the other hand, have a relaxed attitude. Also, for me to fit in, people should be mature. And play in European timezones.

EDIT: To fit in means that I'd like to have other fun but just playing too.
EDIT2: Other toons: paragon (finished nightfall), ele (finished factions). I prefer support classes, so necro or paragon (or mesmer, which I am starting to understand) would be ideal.
