I am stuck in Nightfall

I was a level 12 Elementist when I bought Eye of the North and tried to play the expansion. After getting my ass spanked a few times because my level was not high enough I tried coming back to Nightfall to level up. Now my problem is I cannot get my primary quest back on track. Is there something I can do to finish Nightfall or do I have to start over???

You should be able to map travel back to the main campaign from Eye of the North. I have gon back and forth between the main storyline in Prophesies and Eye of North many times. Try map traveling back to the place you accessed Eye of the North....not sure where that is in Nightfall, but in Prophesies it's Lion's Arch. Once you're there you should be able to find anyplace you need to get on with Nightfall's story.

I have gone back to Nightfall but I cannot get back on my primary quest. On my quest log it just shows the Eye of the North quest log. I tried roaming around and talking to everyone in the game and have gone on side quests but not back on primay quests. Is there a way to find out where I left of in the story line and get back on track???

This has happened to one of my guildies,left nf for eye of the north, and all the nf quests have gone. They're stuck after having done kodanur crossroads. They have lost the primary to either gain whispers or magrid. Could this be a bug?

Possible, but I haven't seen it previously.
If the quest is still active, just not showing, they should head into the Jahai Bluffs and near the tomb of Pawala find both the Master of Whispers and Margrid the Sly. Speak to Whispers Adept for the reward and to activate the quest choice.
Otherwise, try doing the Kodonur Crossroads mission again and see if that reactivates the storyline.

When I moved my nec from NF to EOTN, I had no trouble moving it back and continuing the story, you probably just didnt accept the mission to take either margrid or master.

Another thing you can try is using Guild Wiki. Most of the quest and mission articles have a "follow up" to tell you where to go next. They will tell you the name of the quest/mission, where (or from who) to get it, and what you need to have done to do it.
Kind of a pain to have to back track but eventually you should be able to pick up where you left off.

Some people need to read threads properly.After returning from eye of the north, NF primary quests have gone. We spent over an hour "following" up to no avail. It looks like redoing the crossroads mission will have to be done by my friend.But its still strange as to why this has happened
