I'm farming for my rits set of FoW armor. What I've done for the past 2 sets is just terra tank 105 ecto and farm other stuff for the rest of the cash.

But now since I can 330, I'm wondering if Ii should do that instead. I'm pretty experienced with terra tank and i just started 330 but I got the hang of it.

So my question is which brings home the most ecto, fastest?

Terra tank can tank more enemies at a time, and therefore kill more enemies faster. BUT, since they introduced loot scaling, Ele farming isnt as effective as it was before.

330 Rits, from what I've heard, cannot tank as many foes at a time, and therefore, the farming gets slower, but since lootscaling was introduced, this is more of an advantage, as you seem to get more golds from killing less foes at a time.
I threw together the 330 rit build on my rit, and did The Halcyon Job. Took me about 3-4 mins, since I only aggroed 2-3 "spawns" at a time. Gave me 3 golds.
Same run on ele, aggroed all foes at the same time and killed them all at the same time, got me 2 golds. Took me 2 minutes.

For Underworld, a 330 rit can kill the aatxes, and the ele cant, although, the elementalist does faster smite runs.
I'd say that both professions give you the same amount of ectos, its just a matter of time. If you have farmed 210 ectos with your ele, I strongly suggest you to try the 330 rit. Its teh fun.

You can always use SoA if you want to tank more enemies. The only problem is when the mobs are all melee. Then they tend to flee pretty quickly and go heal up, taking alot longer to kill, but thats with all Invinci builds that use an elite skill to do more damage. But for mixed groups or groups with alot of ranged attacks, 330hp can kill them pretty fast... and you can take on up to 12-15 enemies at a time if you dare. I've killed 3 or 4 groups of almost 18-20 enemies once before without SoA, it just requires you to hit Spirit Bond soon as it is charged until VwK is ready. But yeah, both have their advantages, such as using E/A with Sliver or Fire Magic spells, and of course Ob Flesh which blocks Spells. And taking on smaller groups or pull a total of 8-10 is best for more drops and more profit. I've farmed almost 1000 golds with my Rit since making 330hp this past summer.

Also, farming UW with 330hp is not easy. It does take alot of practice, and knowledge about every enemy you encounter. Dealing with Nightmares and Graspings are your only worries.
