I have a req9 Tact Insc, been trying to sell for around 15k for ages, not even any interest in it. I would put this at around 5k.

I've seen lots of these for sale around 10-15k
r11 nonscrib Zodiac axe 15%/-10a(attack)
I can't see this going over 10k, I would say ~5k.
