PC On q9 Celestial Shield

Armor 16 q 9 Tactics
Recieved Physical Damage -2 (while enchanted)

So I'm not sure wether this one is good or not, cuz I'm not a hero in Shields

What do u mean by duel mod?

hmm, i sold one of these other day nearly the same but had -2(stance) for 5k and i think that was lucky. Without the duel mod it wont go higher than 5k imo

If uninscribable, I'd just merch. You might get a couple of plat like ms magic suggests, but it can take a while.

Edit: it is meant to be "dual" mod. Has two mods basically, such as damage reduction and +hp. Yours has one mod.
