HoS dungeon (not HoS quest)

im little bit confused about that

if you have HoS quest (can get it from HoM from Pool) then spaws Cyndr the Mountain Heart and when you pass it it doesnt go to dungeon master gude

but when you pass HoS quest and go to dungeon it spawns Magmus (and nobody in party cant have HoS quest active, couse then it will spawn Cyndr the Mountain Heart and then you are doing HoS quest)

am i right about all i said so far?

my question is next. is there dungeon quest (like in all other dungeons) or you just go to dungeon without any quest and you dont have any reward after killing Magmus (except Mountain Heart Chest)

Nope, no quest required. Also, if you DO go in with someone who spawns Cyndr, you STILL get the dungeon credit. It's the only primary quest and dungeon all-in-one.

Oh, and Cyndr's easier than Magmus, imo.

In Hard Mode, what boss would you rather face?

magmus was easy, i did it with full h/h, as long as you don't suck at pulling, get him alone before engaging

Agreed - Magmus is easier than Cyndr. I'd much rather face Magmus in Hard Mode than Cyndr. (But I've done both )

I would rather fight Cyndr.

Magmus is not a one-trick-pony like Cyndr.

All you need to thoroughly pwn Cyndr is a lifestealing blood necro/touch ranger or just use a vampiric weapon, the more, the merrier - really much easier than fighting Magmus and the crap he spawns.

I prefer Cyndr, I've already killed him in HM without lifestealing, just getting his armor down once and then finish him before his armor goes back up. That goes faster then killing Magmus

Magmus was easy enough in HM, it was the bloody massive spawn of mobs the git creates. My pulling is pretty good, but it's an annoyingly long job with them.
