pc on req 9 furious ruby maul of warding

pc plz....its a req 9 perf dmg ruby maul,,, furious 10%,,,,armor 7 vs elemental dmg and has some bad inscrip on it...but is inscribable.
plz tell me if it would be worth anything if modded to plz thx

Around 5k, don't mod it up if you want to sell.
