Not great, but if you want to stick with that idea:
[skill]Natural Stride[/skill]: both a running stance and a blocking stance
Very usefull for applying choking gas, troll and res sig. Else you'll get owned by a d-chop of a warrior or a d-shot of ranger.

Choking Gas is a very good under used skill, its under used because it needs buffs to be 100% usefull, buffs like [skill]Practiced Stance[/skill] followed by an IAS. Once a caster is under 50% HP though, Choking Gas + Needle shot is a very good combo. I hope you are using a Short Bow to maximize refire rate of the Gas.
I'm sure the build you have gets you by in RA or AB, but won't work in TA or HA or GvG, though I suppose it could sub in for a much less effective crip shot in GvG.
Also for PvP if yougoing "Pure " Ranger, interupts/condition spreading is the way to go.

Lack of D-Shot and Savage Shot.
Learn them. Love them.
It would be smart to bring NatStride, too.

Might want to fix your attributes. 14E /10WS /10M or 13/10/11 or 13/11/9 depending on the Elite you are bringing.
Poison Arrow you are spamming a 5 energy, so you only need to hit 13 Expertise.
If you keep Poison Arrow (not that great, but not that bad either), run Barbed Arrows. Choking Gas with no Practiced Stance is not worth it.
Natural Stride is a lot better than Dash, so you can switch your secondary to anything, I suggest Monk for Mending touch.
Also D-Shot and Savage Shot. Learn them, love them like the previous person said. Better than relying on your bow to interrupt.
Can keep Troll if you are going into a lot of skirmishes, but I think it is a pretty bad skill. Just hide behind a wall and hope there are no interrupts/KDs.
Don't see why anyone would run Pin Down. If you want to cripple, you run Crip Shot. Crip Shot is only needed when Cripple is that needed, but I do not think it is worth wasting a spot with Pin Down. But I always underestimate players, and they don't usually run Mend Touch on a skirmish team, so Pin Down can be a viable skill.
Should run Sloth Hunter's Shot in that option, but Debilitating, Holy Veil, or Purge Sig can be run depending on your team and preference.
Res Sig last slot unless in AB/FA/JQ.
http://www.pvxwiki.com/wiki/Build:R/Mo_Degen_Spammer, although I do not like the attribute spread, but you can run the same spread.

wow, didn't even occur to me to use natural stride XD.
so if i bring choking gast+practiced stance, doesn't that d-shot unnecessary?
and since u said TU requires me to "hide behind a wall and hope they dont interrupt," any idea on a better heal that doesn't force me to spread my attr points too far?

D-shot interrupts stuff besides spells like Heal Signets and Res Signets and Signet of Devotion.

Choking gas has got two advantages over normal interupt skills like d-shot or savage:
- interupts through block, though very usefull Magebane shot is a timed interupt that goes through block
- AoE interupt, not that usefull in PvP
If you want to stick with chocking gas: Practiced Stance as perma choking or just some improvements made in this thread to temporary create some pressure
Or use an other bar:
[skill]Magebane Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Debilitating Shot[/skill][skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Natural Stride[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill][skill]Mending Touch[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill]
May sub out TU in team arena's
12+1+1 expertise, 9+1 WS, 9+1 markmanship

strange wilderness sucked
id go with dagger skills and escape its kind of fun to play.
Scary Raebbit
Or just roll an Assassin if you want to play with daggers.
Sir Pandra Pierva
rangers with daggers tend to just annoy more than kill since they dont deal a crapload of dmg but instead pressure and survive. So if you wanna annoy someone go with daggers, but actually wanna do something go with bow

Also for PvP if yougoing "Pure " Ranger, interupts/condition spreading is the way to go. Choking gas is a very weak skill. If you equip it, your whole bar depends on it, which is very easily to interupt. And once it's down , you're useless. And its not that hard to keep it down forever.
p/s: i mean choking gas.

How do you interrupt a stance? Even if you remove it, all you need PS for is for those 2 seconds where you reapply choking gas, after that go with flurry.
MasterSasori
If you're interested in another skill bar: cripshot instead of poison arrow, an interrupt instead of pin down, and apply poison for choking gas.
You can also do some exploring into some sin skills, you might find something to your liking.
