NEED help W/N farming build

i need a good warrior necro farming build any sugestions ?

Best bet is to first identify where you want to farm. Evaluate what skills the enemies use in that area, and how you can exploit their weaknesses. Take into account the patterns that enemies follow (and the AoE nerf above all else), and work from there.

Healing Signet
Its not the fastest farm build, but its amusing. You keep Tainted Flesh active at all times, which gives all the enemies near you -4 health degen. Your Deadly ripose and Riposte help block attacks, and Deadly Riposte adds even more degeneration. Keep Watch Yourself and Dolyak Signet on as frequently as possible (only heal yourself when both are active). As soon as you kill an enemy, use necrotic traversal to poison all nearby enemies for another -4 degen. I use Galrath Slash simply to deal some damage, but you can switch it out for any skill you want.
Works great on melee mobs, and is fun to watch them all degenerate to death.
There are much faster ways to farm with a W/N using skills such as mark of pain or Spiteful Spirit, but everyone else uses those, so I wanted something different.
