According to wiki they do...

...but I've never seen one. Has anyone else seen one, even on a collector's or green item?
Do Scythe Grips of Slaying exist?

There was a thread like this before and nobody has been able to provide one. I've never seen one for Spears or Daggers either.
I get lots of Sword/Axe/Hammer mods of Deathbane in NF and EotN areas but none for Scythes. I also get tonnes of Staff Wrappings of Demonslaying/Ogreslaying/Trollslaying in Tyria and Cantha.
Bizarre system.

Now that I think about it, I can definitely say that I've never come across a slaying Scythe mod. I'm not sure they exist.
But I'm also about 90% sure I've never seen a Spear one, either. Could just be low drop rates?
Edit: or Daggers. Good call.

Here is the other old thread about this.
The only problem is, when we try to update the wiki with the "correct" information, people often revert it, without providing proof that the items exist.

I've got no physical proof, or digital for that matter, but I sold sai's of deathbane this past week. If I had known there were doubts I could have snapped a pic.
Ah well. Someone will.

I do believe they exist, but like most people I need a screenie to prove it
