It's good because you can kill almost anything, within reason, even with enchant removal, which usually isn't possible with a normal soj 55 monk. It's also quite fast. Only con is that its duo.. but then again.. you could always just get a hero monk to bond for you.

600hp with prot spirit you only lose 10% which is 60, spirit bond will heal you 80+ if you get hurt 60dmg+ thus you not taking dmg.
