Only As Easy As[Pve] Looking for help starting a guild

i have had a max of 9 people in this guild. ive kicked all but on and about to kick that one. Leader of a full alliance (kind of a handful by myself) looking for a couple people that wouldnt mind helping me get the guild off its plataeu. Looking for avid PvE players. no real faction goal.
