You can but it's faster to group with other players. And that's the whole point of farming reputation points, to do it quickly and efficiently.
Anyway, if you don't have a high enough Norn rank (r5-r6+) then just don't run Ursan Blessing there until you do. Because with a low rank you'll do more damage with other builds.

Wish I had known about this before I collected the reward (Kerresh's Staff), on 3 of my characters...
The staff is kewl though... MoW uses it to great effect... lol

The more kills you have prior to a boss kill raises the rep points received for the boss kill.
The facets can earn you up to 450 points each.

For me I usually try to get up to 75 kills in NM, for HM....maybe 125-150 or so.
TBH I've never done the math to determine the optimal points per minute approach. I normally killed everything in a circle, or broken it up into smaller bits, and if I knew where there was a boss, I tried to ignore 'em until I hit the point caps I mentioned above.

You need 250 kills to get the 450 per boss. You get more obviously for having a timed bonus active.
FYI do NOT go by the top counter, check the chat log. At 250 enemies killed, you get some bonus rep and can kill the Facets.
I found the easiest kills were ALL the animals around Olafstead (minos, aurochs, etc), then to the water to kill some of the Ice Imps/Elems (hate them), move towards the facets on the far side of the bridge and kill a few packs of Modniirs, that should get you to about 250. I ignore the area outside of Battledepts, Griffins etc. Too much aggro in there.

I'll repost this as a separate question...
Why "MUST" everyone in a group (as I have seen as a requirement to join a party) have the quest?
If it has to do with having the Facets spawn as to the other horde of mobs, then that would fall on the leader, no?
Or is it if ANYONE doesn't have the quest the mob will spawn not the facets?
Will someone please enlighten me?
