Can u learn skills of the primary atribute of ur secondary profession? For example, a secondary monk learning divine favor skills.

Yup, but they won't be very effective since you can't put points in the attributes.(Ex. a secondary monk can use divine favor skills, but can't put points in the attribute.)
Hope this helped,

Yes, you can. They won't be very effective, but you can learn them.

Yes you can, however; Those skills will mostly be useless since you can't put attribute points into them.

Thanks people, but where on ur atribue menu will the skill be placed (since every skill is placed under a atribute)?

It will be placed under the correct attribute (Divine Favor spells will appear under Divine Favor)

It says right in the skill description which attribute it goes under, why would it change?

Because if u r a monk secondary, than u don't have the divine favor atribute listed. That's y i asked. So would it add divine favor to my atribute list for skills?

Yes.... I'm really surprised you don't just go to a skill trainer to see if you can buy said skill that is under a primary attribute...
you might also want to make a new character and see that there are no skills/attributes in the skill/attribute list when you first start..hmm...

It would not add Divine Favor to the list of attributes at the very top of your Skills and Attributes panel. However, it would add a Divine Favor section to the list of skills so that you could access those skills and add them to your build.

It just means that you cant put any points into it and improve it. I thought it was kind of obvious because you never have the ability to upgrade it if its your secondary.

I know, that wasn't my question, but thanks anyways. I got my answer, so it's all cool.
