He doesn't "use the term ironic." He writes situations and dialogue that is ironic. If you can't identify a scene as being ironic by yourself, then why the heck are you arguing about the definition of "irony" on a forum?

Am I no longer hip by remembering this item? This was my boon-prot monk's favorite tool, even came in handy when fighting Kanaxai as an extra cold weapon - especially when wielded by a tender monk - was good to hold aggro.
On a postscript, I still think that this is coincidental and not ironic.
Still, it was fun to do the ctrl-F1 to get a response from people flashing weapons back in the day...

I can't remember the exact name, but I had a +25hp Caster focus in which its stats were something to the lines of:Grim Cesta +25hp +8energy -20hp ending it with a +5hp gain. Then there was the fluke item I got that was a Charr Axe of Fortitude of Fortitude. +10hp +20hp.
