why do you people complain about 10 e skills

Bar compression is good when you want to run two party heals and not dilute your attributes. Not just that, but PvP works differently from PvE. In PvE, you would know if there are heavy hex areas where you'd want divert. In PvP, b-light is a safe method of being able to deal with hexes or water snares while not completely trading in an elite that's completely useless otherwise.
