Mailbox?

Hey guys, i think this has been brought up before but what about if we had a mailbox? Like people that want to message you or something but your offline, they leave you a message or something. Like u press "O" for the mailbox to come up or something because all the other letters are pretty much taken. So what do you guys think?

Bad news, O is taken, at least when you're in a PvP battle

My form of leaving messages is using the Guild Announcement thingy

But that can only be done by leader/officer

If you just want to communicate within your guild (and alliance), I have found the best way is by using a website. Forum messages for members in general and PM's for individual messages. It's not hard to set up a web page these days, and you can find free hosting.

I think this is one of those suggestions Anet wanswer "We can't do this doe to some limitations"

Although it would be great both asynchronous mailing (not requiring both player to be logged at the same time) and item mailing (sending items via mail) specially if there are fees or if you can sell with that:
