This is why requirement doesn't really matter besides vanity, because if you use a weapon and don't have high weapon attribute in the first place you're probably bad. |

A stack of armbraces says they're not max. Be a dick about it if you want. It only makes people believe you even less.
I've have a good deal of luck with max R8 items dropping of late, only a few were actually inscribed though.
No max R7 item with an Inscription has been confirmed to have dropped in GW.
I do not believe a max R7 item with or without inscriptions has dropped in Nightfall or GWEN since either has been released.

As for the OPs question about r7 max inscribable, have never seen 1 and untill I do they don't exist..
