Salvage Buy Keep Unique Item

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post. I'm not looking to sell just some guidance on WT heck to do.

In nightfall I got the following drop:

Survival Corsair Pauldron Of Minor Illusion Magic

BLUE Salvage Item

Health +15 on chest

Health +10 on leg

Health +5 on other armor

Illusion Magic +1 (non-Stacking)

Is this something I should salvage and try to get ....

What 3 different Ruins ?

I never saw a salvage drop like this and just don't know what to do with it.

I've never tried to sell anything but I KNOW i've salvaged Items I shouldn't have.

its an insignia....the health bonus depends on what piece of amor you put it on

the illusion magic +1 is just a minor illusion magic rune
id salvage the survivor insignia and sell it to the trader

So it's just one insignia on a salvage item.

Those drops are like foes dropping their Armor. Some only have one rune, and some have a rune and an insignia.

Id salvage the Survivor rune and either sell it to the RUNE trader (not the normal trader) or equip it on your legs or chest for more HP. Then sell the rest to the regular trader if it survives the salvaging.

After Kyrein's advice I used an Expert salvage kit to get the Insignia for my current player & saved the rest.

Thanks for the input on selling to a ruin trader rather than a merchant.
