req 8 magmas shield!PC

look for a pc on a blue requirement 8 magmas shield i heard its pretty rare because it doesn't drop requirement 8 anymore,i just bought one.

just want to know what its worth.

1. req8 does still drop.
2. post whether its inscribable

if it is inscribable, 100k+ easily
if it isn't inscribable, merch

blue and no inscription = merchfood
