Online Store won't let me buy stuff

Hey guys, I've been trying to get the BMP for a while now, but the online store hasn't been letting me. I've done all the PlayNC account creation and stuff, but at the end, when I press enter, there's always this error, saying my internet router/connection isn't working. Something about my router not working, but I'm online, I can go on Guru, Facebook, any website and play Guild Wars, so I doubt my router has anything to do with it.

Can you give the exact error code? (I assume you mean GW is giving the error.)

I have had the same problems, it was fixed by changing the account name i was trying to create. The one i was trying was already in use, try somthing else .
