I need help. I've collected two of each mods/inscriptions, such as

15^50
+15% while enchanted
+20% longer enchantments
Vamp snath
Zealous snath

Now what should I do with these?

As far as buying the two sythes itself...do I just make my own scythes and apply the mods? and how many mods go on a scythe?

What combination is recommended?

Easy:
Buy or craft two scythes and then you can have a nice:
+15% when enchanted
zealous
Enchant+20%
for enchant heavy builds

and +15%^50 vamp scythe (add a grip of defense or fortitude). This kind of scythe is better suited for builds with one or two enchants, and if you're hitting only one target (zealous is counter productive if you're not hitting 2 or 3 targets).

Generally speaking, martial weapons can have up to three mods, one of each following type:
inscription: dmg +15% ^50; +15% when enchanted; energy +5 (never use that on a scythe)...
Prefix mod: zealous, vamp, sundering, elemental dmg, condition +33%
Suffix mod: defense (ar+5); warding (elem armor+7); shelter (phys ar +7); fortitude (hp+30) enchanting (enchants last 20% more)

What combination is recommended? I added my own stuff to your post to try and help answer the question. I labeled the mods according to what they are, you can not have more than one type of mod on the same weapon. For example you can't have 15^50 and 15% enchanted on the same weapon, its impossible. Same goes for vamp and zealous. The ones I listed are the 3 types of mods, so all weapons have a max of 3.

As for what I would do, I would get rid of 15% enchanted and 20% enchant duration and make 2 scythes, one with vamp 15^50 +30 hp and another with zealous 15^50 +30 hp. Use zealous when you aren't fighting and when you are getting low on energy, use vamp if you are fine on energy even after using your attacks on recharge. It really depends what build you have and whether or not you have an IAS if you need zealous or vamp.

Depends on your build
Make both and customize them.

Don't disregard vamp, it is great for single target damage!

You may want a +5e Scythe or somekind of high energy swap for when you got DP using an AoM build.
