It's pretty simple, just go to a cape person and look through and pick out designs for capes, take a screen of the cape design you've made and send it to [email protected] and I'll decide what cape we wear for a period of time.
It's not much of a prize but the winning designer will get 5K. Pretty nice for just looking at a cape and taking a screen ya know?
Anyways, that's about it. I hope to recive alot of entries to make it more interesting
