Within 1 second NERF?

Hi guys, Ive search hard but cant find any info on this. I read somewhere (which i cant remeber) that there was a nerf that causes you to get decreased quality of drops if enemys dye within one second of each other. My situation being that I currently only farm the minotours in Elona reach (with mist form) becuase I can do it easily, but I barly get any good drops, like a minotour horn and 100 gp if im lucky. I know that this will not be the best location to farm by any means but watching vids on youtube etc people get load more drops then me, again I havnt used hard mode so that might explain it. I brought this up becuase of the suposed nerf I have already outlined. Is there such a nerf, and if there is, isnt it futile to have any form of nuke farming build! thanks guys!

Um.. I read this somewhere else.. Do a search there is already threads on this subject with all the debate that a forum can offer.

Read this thread on drop rates (AoE vs single target) then make up your own mind.
