Where in the U.S is this sold? Has anyone been able to find it at a store yet? I have done a search for it at various websites such as Target, Walmart, Gamestop, and none of them even had it listed.

You can only buy it at the Guild Wars Online Store.

They haven't released it yet to retail stores, give it some time.
