The dungeon problem

Maybe it was the title, maybe it was the fact you had to click the links to get the pictures, maybe its the fact that it was posted in the Eye of the North area, but after 40 minutes and 1 view (myself) I'm making up my mind to move the thread over to Riverside (which, judging from "New Posts" has people checking and posting in threads ten times a second.)

Are there no way to get into the huge areas that are scattered about in dungeons? No, I'm not talking about the stuff where you walk up and with light of deldrimor it cumbles.

If you scrape the wall around the dungeon in first person view you can sometimes see through into a huge room that obviously has a place to walk and borderline limits to stop from going into the black abyss. But, as of yet, I have found no way to get in there.

Pretty soon I'm going to go check if having a party full of 8 actual human players is the key/all using light of deldrimor but as of yet I have no idea.

I've attached some pictures so you can see what I'm talking about but if you dont mind: Help?

Those look like the kind of borderish glitches that've been around since Proph to me, sorry. Anyone else? And wasn't there another thread like this in the last couple days...

It could be that those areas were originaly part of the dungeon but were sealed off for some reason.

Most dungeons share the same "map" if I could say so - a certain dungeon will have one part blocked, the other one won't have it. It's that simple.

Then why would they link them with just a paperthin wall? Why not put some space inbetween the areas?

Whether it's a paper-thin wall or a big wall, it's a wall. You can't access the area unless you're in the right dungeon.

Makes sense to me TBH. O_o.

like he said, all 18 of the dungeons are made out of like 10 different section glued together, some of these sections are blocked off in certain dungeons in order to preserve the linear flow

Think of it like this... You're exploring a cave, glance over a ledge, and there below you is cavernous room... Ewwwwww, wouldn't that be fun to explore? Yes, but unfortunately, you didn't bring any climbing gear (or a pick-ax to break down the wall to the next area, for that matter) - so until they make mining equipment optional in GW, I think you're out of luck ^^
