GW2 When?

I know Anet would not announce an exact date this far out. I would like to know what year they are anticipating releasing it. I have read end of this year beginning of next.

Reason I am asking is I have left GW and want to get GW2 when it is released. GW with the double this and the triple that just doesn't have the draw it once did for me. I am looking for something truly new. I know most of my friends have left as it was boring for them so I am just trying to stay in the loop.

Any info appreciated.

Anyone else struggling to keep players in GW? Our player group is good in that we have other games also so it is just less in the GW channels, but more in others. Was just wondering. Biggest complaint we are getting is just have done it so many times.

As you might as well know, Beta testing is scheduled somewhere this year. Launch is somewhere between 2009/2010, depending on how things go.

I personally like the approach of taking time to launch something proper than to deliver something quite buggy as soon as possible.

btw, shouldn't this be in Riverside Inn?

2010 is a long time, dont think you should wait for it, who knows, maybe the world will be destroyed before 2010 h3h3.
