Whats on your Spear?
I currently use 10% Furious, i know 10% isnt much, but i still like when i hit for double adrenaline.

I use Furious.
Sundering just doesn't seem worth it when I can just spam Mighty Spear and Cruel Spear at them with the amount of adreneline I build up with a Furious.

Of the two, Sundering. The effect on Furious is really negligible.
I prefer Vamp overall though, tbh.

Furious. I don't play my Paragon as a damage dealer, so Vamp and Sundering aren't important to me. Having extra adrenaline for defense skills is a nice bonus. Oddly enough, if I want something for damage (remember, I don't play mine as a damage dealer) I use a Fiery or Barbed Spear.

Furious, although im beginning to doubt its effectiveness due to a previous thread stating that it doesnt stack with the bonus from [skill=text]Focused Anger[/skill].

Both are pretty weak effects except from the occisional nice effect from furious so i go with that ^^.

Vampiric, because sundering isn't great on a spear and furious is cancelled out by focused anger.
